I noticed that my face is much darker than the rest of my body and I am rarely in the sun, but they were shaving cream with magic since 1974. I do not know whether the chemicals in the cream has long-term effects. I began to notice this change in 1995, the complexion and even though I use a skin lightening cream for the past 8 years, my face remains unclear.
